Profile

First-Class Honours Computer Science graduate with a portfolio of projects including web applications, games and machine learning models. I’m passionate about computing and software development, with coding being my main hobby.

Beyond programming, I enjoy creating digital art, playing piano, and playing video games. I am always looking for opportunities to expand my skills and understanding, which is why I like to experiment with new technologies and programming languages.

BSc Computer Science, Ulster University (First-Class Honours).

Recognised on the Dean’s List Award every academic year.
Achieved the Ulster Edge Excel Award.

BTEC Level 3 National Extended Diploma in IT, SERC (Triple Distinction).

Experience

2nd Line Support Analyst, NI Civil Service - resolved incidents, supported colleagues via Microsoft Teams, and sharpened my problem-solving skills.

Resolved hundreds of incidents involving a wide variety of hardware and software issues.
Maintained detailed documentation of incidents and resolutions, contributing to the internal knowledge base.
Communicated with colleagues via Microsoft Teams to assist others or seek advice on more complex issues.
Met with the team in regular meetings to discuss the incident queue and any new updates or changes.
